Yoga for Cyclists
Join us at our Fulton location for a series of 6 yoga classes designed to increase your strength and flexibility before the Barry-Roubaix on Saturday, April 13th!
Led by Carolyn VandenBerg, our yoga sessions will help you to balance your body so you can achieve the best ride yet with your bike on all that gravel!
New to yoga? Beginners are most welcome! Pose variations will be offered to make the class accessible to all. Extra mats are available if needed.
$5, classes start at 6: pm. 55 min Vinyasa flow.
